Joyce Lillis has more than 25 years working with Fortune 500, midsize and entrepreneurial companies in both the technology and services sectors. Lillis started her career in technology at Olympia USA and McDonnell Douglas before being recruited in 1985 by Compaq Computer Corp. of Houston, Texas to build the company's New Jersey/Pennsylvania territory. She was soon promoted to Director of the Eastern Region directing a sales force that closed the first worldwide contract for the company. Subsequently promoted to Vice President of Sales of the Eastern Region, Lillis headed a team that generated $2.7 billion dollars in sales in 1996, a 51% increase over the previous year.

After 12 years at Compaq, Lillis was recruited by Staff Leasing of Bradenton, Florida to serve as Senior Vice President of Sales, managing a 700-person sales and support staff. Lillis introduced a variety of business processes, including revised compensation plans and professional development programs, and devised a restructuring of the field organization that resulted in consecutive annual revenue increases of 30% and 28%. Most recently, Lillis designed and developed a sales organization and launched an e-commerce software product for San Francisco-based The SoftAd Group.

After achieving her goals in the corporate world, Lillis decided to find a vehicle to make her experience and expertise available to other companies. Today Lillis operates a professional consulting practice, is a Certified Master Coach and member of the International Federation of Coaching leading corporate clients to improve and enhance their personal and professional lives.
